Position: Team Leader — Real Estate (Jagraon Project)
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive our sales team for a real estate project in Jagraon.
Location: Jagraon (candidate must be based in Ludhiana)
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives
Key Requirements:
5–6 years of team-handling / team-leadership experience
Must own a 4-wheeler (mandatory)
Must be based in Ludhiana
Background in Real Estate, Banking, Car Sales, or Insurance
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve booking/sales targets
Drive site visits, client conversions, and daily operations for the Jagraon project
Train and mentor team members
Ensure smooth on-ground execution and reporting
