Job Title: Marketing Executive (Operations & Field)

Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing both field and office operations, coordinating customer interactions, handling banking-related activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and operational processes. The candidate should have a good understanding of the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and be capable of guiding customers regarding the scheme and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketing and operational activities in both field and office.
- Attend customer visits and provide complete information about the company's products and services.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries and coordinate site visits when required.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for customer loan processing, documentation, and other banking-related activities.
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Maintain knowledge of government policies, subsidies, and scheme guidelines related to the solar sector.
- Coordinate with installation, technical, sales, and backend teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, banking documents, reports, and MIS.
- Follow up with customers regarding documentation, approvals, installations, and after-sales support.
- Conduct field visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, customer handling, or the solar industry.
- Good knowledge of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, subsidy process, and related documentation.
- Experience in handling banking activities, loan documentation, and customer coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage both field and office responsibilities efficiently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
