Medyzen is building India's first hospital-integrated medicine delivery network. We partner with hospitals and clinics, embed ordering infrastructure inside their facilities, and deliver medicines to patients.
We're looking for an HR Generalist to build our people function from the ground up — payroll, compliance, policy, hiring — and work closely with the founding team on daily execution.
What you'll do:
- Run payroll end-to-end for the full team — salary processing, PF/ESI, statutory filings
- Build HR policies, employee documentation, and compliance processes from scratch — there's no existing playbook, you're creating it
- Own hiring end-to-end — sourcing to onboarding, across roles from field staff to specialists
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and consent processes in line with Indian labour law
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for leadership as needed
- Coordinate across teams, vendors, and founders on daily ops
Who fits:
- 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a startup where you've built systems, not just followed them
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law, PF/ESI, payroll compliance
- Strong with documents — Word, Excel, Slides, Google Workspace
- Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook, high ownership, low ego
- AI use with ethics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
