The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order status, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain communication records.
- Track customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Experience
- Experience in customer handling and follow-up management.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Experience in preparing customer reports and maintaining records.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
