Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Tally Support Executive (Customization) to provide functional and technical support for Tally Prime, with a strong focus on TDL customizations, issue resolution, client support, and implementation assistance. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of Tally, accounting processes, GST, and basic TDL customization while ensuring excellent client service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for Tally Prime users.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Tally customizations.
- Develop and modify basic to intermediate TDL customizations as per business requirements.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Tally Prime and customized TDL solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tally, TDL, licensing, synchronization, and data migration.
- Coordinate with the TDL Development team for complex customization requirements.
- Perform testing and validation of customizations before deployment.
- Support implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide remote and on-site client support whenever required.
- Assist clients with GST, TDS, Inventory, Payroll, and Accounting-related configurations in Tally.
- Maintain support tickets, issue logs, and customer communication records in CRM/Bitrix.
- Prepare user manuals, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct user training and software demonstrations whenever required.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets as per defined SLA.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Tally Support, Tally Customization, or TDL.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, TDL, Accounting, GST, TDS, Inventory, and Payroll.
- Basic understanding of XML/API integration will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
