Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting procedures with the ability to handle financial records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping records
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledgers, and financial statements
- Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance activities
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing
- Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and documentation
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments when required
- Generate reports using Excel and accounting software
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Excel and bookkeeping
- Good understanding of GST & TDS regulations
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally/Busy/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Additional accounting/taxation certifications will be an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
