Job Summary
Sri Atchaya Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Piping Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in piping construction, installation, fabrication, and site execution for refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or process plant projects. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute piping construction activities at project sites.
- Review piping drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and monitor material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety compliance.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4years of experience in piping engineering or piping construction.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Process Plant, or Industrial Projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of piping fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ASME, API, and relevant piping codes and standards.
- Experience in quantity estimation, planning, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
