We are looking for a skilled and experienced C Licence Holder – Plumber cum Electrician to join our maintenance team at our Perumbakkam campus. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical and plumbing maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of school facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Handle plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance works.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring systems, pumps, and fixtures.
- Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and material usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors whenever required.
- Support facility management activities across the campus.
Requirements:
- Valid C Electrical Licence is mandatory.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing networks, pumps, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and maintenance documentation.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,008.00 per month
