About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, HR services, IT services, SaaS, or corporate sales.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building business relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Research prospective companies and key decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B Business Development or Lead Generation experience.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Good understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, IT services, or SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
- Experience handling domestic and international B2B clients.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
