About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and business expansion across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, managing the sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding the company's presence in the Mobile Finance Locker industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners across the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities in the Mobile Finance, Telecom, and Retail sectors.
- Build strong relationships with mobile retailers, distributors, NBFCs, finance companies, and smartphone brands.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Sales Executives and Territory Sales Managers.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and dealer engagement.
- Ensure proper product demonstrations, retailer training, and branding activities.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
