We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for coffee and hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest has a great café experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Operate coffee machines and POS systems efficiently.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred (freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset.
