1. Team Leadership & Development (50%) – Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives. – Optimize team performance to exceed sales targets. – Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies. – Foster a high-velocity sales environment.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution (30%) – Manage and expand US/Americas sales pipelines. – Align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. – Execute data-driven decision-making processes.
3. Market Insights & Innovation (20%) – Analyze enterprise sales trends and develop actionable insights. – Promote innovation in sales techniques and tools.
