We are hiring an experienced SFTP L2 Engineer for Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Network Security and SFTP solutions management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SFTP infrastructure
- Handle incident, change, problem & service request management
- Troubleshoot SFTP issues and file transfer failures
- Work on Globalscape / SolarWinds products
- Integrate SFTP with AD, IAM, SIEM, SOAR tools
- Monitor performance and proactive issue resolution
- Patching, upgrades, compliance closure & audits
- Packet capture analysis using Wireshark / PCAP
- Create SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation
- Coordinate with OEM/TAC teams for support
- Lead and mentor L1 / L2 engineers
Required Skills:
- 3 to 6 years experience in Network Security
- Minimum 3 years in SFTP administration
- Experience on Windows / Linux / Unix
- Knowledge of AD, IAM, SIEM, PAM
- Scripting: PowerShell / Bash / Python preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
- Globalscape EFT
- SolarWinds
- Relevant Network Security Certifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
