Job Title: HR Executive (Hotel)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions (F&B, kitchen, front office, housekeeping, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit processes
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance requirements
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR standards
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Maintain HR MIS reports and regular updates
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
