We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with 4+ years of experience to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, and data-driven, with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO coordination, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage content strategies for social media, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Track KPIs including website traffic, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, engagement, and lead quality.
- Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, creatives, and email campaigns to improve results.
- Collaborate with design, sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing for ROI/ROAS.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, basic HTML/CMS, and performance reporting dashboards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
