We are hiring a Front Office Receptionist with 2+ years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor management.
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting rooms.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and office supplies.
- Support administrative and HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of front office/reception experience.
- Good communication and MS Office skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
