We are a growing brand manufacturing and selling unique 3D printed products online. We are looking for an energetic E-commerce Executive who is an expert at product listing, cataloguing, day-to-day order operations, and managing backend panels across Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart.Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Order Management:
- Monitor and process daily incoming orders across Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart seller panels every morning.
- Download and print shipping labels, invoices, and manifests accurately.
- Coordinate daily order cut-off timelines with the production team to ensure items are packed on time.
- Schedule courier pickups, hand over packages to delivery partners, and ensure manifest sign-offs.
- Product Listing & Cataloguing:
- Create, upload, and manage single and bulk product listings on Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart Seller Panels.
- Expertly manage complex variations (color, size, design combos) and parent-child variations.
- Listing Optimization (SEO):
- Research high-search volume keywords across marketplaces.
- Craft optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to maximize visibility and organic ranking.
- Inventory Control:
- Manually update and sync stock counts across all panels daily to protect the business from out-of-stock cancellation penalties.
- Return & Claim Management:
- Track and log customer returns (RTO) daily.
- Physically verify returned packages for switch-overs, missing items, or damages.
- Actively file Safe-T claims (Amazon) and SPF claims (Meesho/Flipkart) to recover revenue for damaged returns.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in daily order processing and bulk product listing specifically on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho panels.
- Strong understanding of marketplace-specific flat files (Excel upload templates).
- Must live near Sarjapur Road / Kasavanahalli for an easy, punctual daily commute.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
