Designation - Deputy Manager – Legal
Qualification - LL.B. from a recognized university (Graduates from National Law Schools / DU / ILS / Symbiosis preferred)
Role Overview :
The incumbent will support business growth across verticals, with a strong focus on corporate advisory, contract management, and risk mitigation. The role requires close collaboration with business, finance, product, and compliance teams, along with active involvement in structuring and executing business transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, red-line, negotiate, and finalize commercial documents (including contracts, letters, proposals, and similar instruments), ensuring adequate risk mitigation and legal protection for the organization.
Address and resolve contractual issues arising in engagements with internal stakeholders, partners, service providers, and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, finance, and business teams) to implement special projects across business verticals in a timely manner.
