About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and career-driven individuals to join our US Staffing team as
Bench Sales Recruiters. This role involves marketing IT consultants on the bench, building
relationships with vendors and clients, coordinating interviews, and assisting consultants in
securing project opportunities across the US market.
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Market and promote bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and
direct clients in the US.
Identify suitable requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
Submit consultant profiles matching client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and consultants.
Negotiate rates and facilitate the placement process.
Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project opportunities.
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
Update and maintain records in internal databases and CRM systems.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in US shifts.
