This role is accountable for the end to end process of market research functioning of the department which includes use external data like IQVIA and SMSRSC to understand real-world prescribing, market dynamics, and competition. These insights are translated into evidence-based, compliant strategies that drive meaningful patient impact and sustainable business growth. Principle Responsibilities: Prepared new standard formats for the RxBU divisions to marketing team to help them to understand the data in proper manner - Preparing IQVIA review reports for all 12 divisions of RxBU on monthly basis - Preparing Regional reports for all 12 divisions of RxBU on monthly basis. Which includes state wise data for the division as well for competitors - Handling more than 20-25 queries on monthly basis from marketing team as well from other departments - Prepared standard format for the company for prescription (SMSRC) data and pre - paring SMSRC review reports for all 12 divisions on Bi-Monthly basis - Handling the agency side and sharing update information from the company side when needed such as OOT formats, New Launch formats, Products which are not featuring, all other data as well - Preparing insights and reports as per the monthly data for the divisions - Supporting Management Trainees and new joinees for making them to understand about the process and data - Working on Ad-hoc projects to support the marketing team, strategy team, CADEX team, Finance team and senior management team
