House of Sheelaa and sheelaa.com are fast-growing wellness and personal transformation brands founded by Sheelaa M Bajaj, one of India's most respected numerologists. We help thousands of people across India and globally through numerology, tarot, Akashic healing, online courses, and e-commerce. We are now building a strong video presence across YouTube, Instagram, and social media, and we need the right person to lead that visually.
Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven, creative Video Editor who can work independently from concept to final output and actively use AI tools to produce faster, smarter, and better content for the brand.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp
- Conceptualise and execute video ideas independently with minimal briefing
- Use AI tools to enhance video quality, speed up production, and explore creative formats
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and audio enhancements to all outputs
- Design YouTube thumbnails and social media cover images
- Maintain brand consistency in colours, fonts, logo, and tone across all content
- Stay updated on content trends and new AI video tools proactively
AI Tools Knowledge Mandatory
Candidates must be familiar with or actively using AI tools for video creation. We expect knowledge of at least 2–3 of the following:
- CapCut AI
- Runway ML
- Descript
- InVideo AI
- Pika Labs
- ElevenLabs
- Adobe Firefly / After Effects
- HeyGen / Synthesia
- ChatGPT / Claude
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
- Strong creative vision able to own the process from idea to output without hand-holding
- Good understanding of short-form content: Reels, Shorts, and Stories
- Eye for visual aesthetics, colour grading, pacing, typography, and motion
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- A portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Please share a link when applying
