Job Title: Site Engineer / Civil Supervisor – Factory Internal Roads & Culvert Works
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee the construction of internal roads, culverts, drainage systems, and related civil infrastructure within a factory premises.

- Supervise construction of factory internal roads, culverts, drains, and paving works.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and factory management.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Maintain daily progress reports and material records.
- Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in road, culvert, or industrial civil construction.
- Knowledge of RCC works, earthworks, road construction, and drainage.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage site activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
