Job Summary
ARCHINEERS is looking for a proactive and versatile Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is an integrated role combining site engineering, structural drafting
The selected candidate will work across multiple functions based on project requirements. This includes supervising construction sites, preparing structural drawings and BOQs, and promoting ARCHINEERS' engineering services and ARCHINEERS Thrive, our digital construction management platform.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technical work, client interaction, and contributing to the growth of an innovative construction company.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Preferable 2 years experience in civil construction, site execution, or structural drafting.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than prior experience.
- Candidates should be eager to develop skills in site engineering, structural drafting, BOQ preparation, client interaction, and construction technology.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp.
- Ability to prepare structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of RCC construction and structural detailing.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Engineering
- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Inspect steel reinforcement before concreting.
- Monitor shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Verify executed quantities and maintain quality standards.
- Estimate, monitor, and order construction materials.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
Structural Drafting
- Prepare structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in preparing SketchUp models whenever required.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Follow the standardized ARCHINEERS Drafting Process.
- Revise drawings based on engineer comments and site feedback.
- Maintain drawing quality and project documentation.
Business Development
- Promote ARCHINEERS' architectural, structural, interior, and construction services.
- Demonstrate ARCHINEERS Thrive, our digital construction management platform that helps project owners track project progress, expenses, materials, labour, and overall construction activities.
- Meet homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and consultants to generate new business opportunities.
- Represent ARCHINEERS professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Support the company's business growth and client relationship initiatives.
