Qualification: Diploma Engineering Students (Mechanical /Automobile or related branches), ITI
(Machinist)

Job Description is as follows:
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating VMC machines for machining operations such as drilling, milling, and
tapping.
Load and unload raw materials and components onto machines.
Follow technical drawings and work instructions during machining operations.
Perform basic tool changes and machine adjustments under supervision.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers and
micrometres.
Maintain quality standards and production targets.
Follow shop floor safety procedures and machine operating guidelines.
Keep machines and workplace clean and properly maintained.
Basic Knowledge of Programming (2D / 3D)
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
Understanding of machining processes from ITI training.
Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometre).
Willingness to learn VMC machine operations.
Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environment.
