We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Account Manager to manage and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. If you are passionate about e-commerce, performance marketing, and data-driven growth—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Handle end-to-end Seller Central accounts (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Perform SKU onboarding with SEO-optimized listings
- Manage cataloging, variations, and backend keywords
Performance Marketing
- Run Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, and Display campaigns
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CPC and optimize campaigns daily
- Improve visibility and conversions
Sales Growth & Strategy
- Plan promotions (DOTD, Lightning Deals, Festive Sales)
- Analyze competitors and marketplace trends
- Forecast demand and manage inventory planning
Operations & Account Health
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch
- Maintain account health (ODR, Late Dispatch Rate)
- Handle returns, reconciliation, and customer issues
Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in Amazon (FBA/FBM) & Flipkart (FA/Non-FA)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, ads, and marketplace algorithms
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred
- Experience in lighting, electronics, or home décor category
- Knowledge of quick commerce platforms
- Creative eye for product images & banners
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
