Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled 2D & 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D floor plans, elevation drawings, and realistic 3D exterior/interior visual models for our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- 2D Drafting: Prepare accurate 2D architectural plans, working drawings, and elevation layouts using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D exterior and interior visual designs.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the project team to convert client requirements into creative 3D visual representations.
- Modifications: Revise and update drawings/3D designs based on feedback and structural requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or related technical and software certification.
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD and 3D software such as 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Candidates with prior experience will be given preference; skilled freshers with a good portfolio are also welcome!).
- Portfolio: Candidates should be ready to present a portfolio of their 2D plans and 3D render works.
What We Offer (Perks & Benefits)
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, portfolio, and rendering skills).
- Work Environment: Creative, collaborative, and professional work atmosphere.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 Day Off per week.
