Our client is building a fast-growing food processing and manufacturing setup focused on operational excellence, reliability, and scalable systems.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager who can lead end-to-end maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and drive preventive maintenance practices across processing lines.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production, safety, and efficiency.
Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance function including preventive maintenance, breakdown management, utility systems, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and cost control.
You will work closely with operations and production teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports high-quality production and operational excellence.
