Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and integration.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with designing and implementing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services and API management.
- Knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques within integration solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
