We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations with a strong focus on admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving admission targets, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Lead, train, and monitor the admissions/sales team
- Develop local marketing and lead generation strategies
- Track enquiries, conversions, and revenue performance
- Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize walk-ins and conversions
- Ensure overall branch administration and operational efficiency
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in admissions / education sales
- Team leadership and target management ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze performance reports and improve conversions
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/admissions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
