Business Development Associate (Growth & Strategy)Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who will play a key role in supporting and scaling our business operations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, sales, and client relationships, offering hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing business operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Support core business development and growth initiatives
- Plan and execute social media strategies to improve brand presence and engagement
- Contribute to marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance analysis
- Handle sales calls, lead qualification, and follow-ups
- Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring clean and actionable data
- Assist with client onboarding, communication, and relationship management
- Execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market and growth experiments
