Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified TGT English Teacher to handle middle school classes across Matriculation, CBSE, and International curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English for Grades VI to X (as per curriculum requirement)
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with Matric / CBSE / International standards
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and study materials
- Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills
- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments
- Conduct speaking activities, debates, presentations, and creative writing sessions
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure positive learning environment
- Assess and record student progress regularly
- Provide remedial support for slow learners
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events
- Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in English Preferred
- B.Ed. Preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience
- Experience in handling multiple curriculum is preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
