Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage and drive complex technical initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, Jira administration, cross-team coordination, and technical program tracking across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project tracking using Jira (Scrum, Kanban, dashboards, workflows).
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership visibility.
Track technical dependencies across engineering, cloud, and DevOps teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain documentation, action items, and follow-ups from technical discussions.

Details

5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira configuration, JQL, dashboards, and reporting.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and deployment pipelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have

Experience working with distributed global teams.
Prior exposure to SaaS, cloud, or product-based environments.
