Job Title: Sales Support / Inside Sales/ Billing Executive
Job Description: -
· Candidate with an experience in the distribution of Electronic components/ Semiconductors & similar industry.
· Generating maximum business by cross selling and up selling.
· Creating new customers through online search, references, tenders and cold calls.
· Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical consulting, negotiation and closure to payment collection.
· Coordinating with company CEOs, R&D staff and purchase team to establish business relations.
· Understanding customer needs and explaining features and benefits of suitable components/products.
· Provide technical support services, over the telephone and via e-mail for Electronics products
· Contribute to improve sales. Improve efficiency by providing support.
· Customer’s application or requirement needs, create quotes, enter orders, online chat and provide post sales technical support.
