Probikers is looking for a young, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to manage our online store as we prepare to launch our website.
The main responsibility of this role will be to regularly check our physical stock and keep the inventory on our website updated, while also ensuring that online orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys working with websites and is eager to learn and grow with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly conduct physical stock checks at the store.
- Update product quantities and availability on the company website.
- Add new products, update product information, prices, images and specifications.
- Monitor online orders received through the website.
- Process and track orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with the store team and delivery partners to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered properly.
- Keep website stock updated to avoid selling products that are unavailable.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies between physical stock and website inventory.
- Ensure products that are out of stock are updated appropriately on the website.
- Assist with basic website content updates and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of online orders and inventory.
- Coordinate with the website developer/agency whenever technical issues or website updates are required.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good computer knowledge is essential.
- Comfortable using websites, spreadsheets and basic online tools.
- Good attention to detail, especially when handling stock and product information.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for keeping the website updated.
- E-commerce or website management experience is an advantage but not essential.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is responsible, organised, tech-savvy and willing to learn. You don't need to be a web developer for this role. The most important thing is that you are comfortable using computers and can carefully manage products, stock and online orders.
