SEO Strategist Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Strategist Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about search engine optimization, digital marketing, and content strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and support overall SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content).
- Support technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly website content and blog posts.
- Assist in implementing internal linking strategies.
- Support backlink research and outreach activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar SEO tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Freshers and students with a passion for SEO are encouraged to apply.
