Job Description:
Formost International Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Marketing Executive to join our team at our MG Road Showroom in Ernakulam.
1. Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s uniform products, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field marketing, institutional sales, and coordination with production for order execution.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients such as:
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Corporate offices
- Hotels & restaurants
- Industrial units
- Security agencies
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and fabric/sample demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
B. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper sales records and reporting.
C. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate repeat orders and seasonal uniform requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
D. Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate with:
- Production department
- Tailoring unit
- Stores/Inventory
- Dispatch team
- Ensure accurate measurement collection (if required).
- Follow up on delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely billing and payment collection.
E. Market Research
- Monitor competitor pricing and products.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Suggest new product ideas (fabric, design, branding, embroidery, etc.).
3. Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of institutional sales
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
- Ability to travel for field marketing
4. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce (Preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in marketing (Uniform / Textile / Garment industry preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
