Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partners across assigned territories.
- Drive sales of IT hardware, software licensing, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through partner networks and direct customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, OEMs, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Coordinate with internal sales, pre-sales, technical, and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions with customers.
- Conduct regular customer and partner visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, IT Sales, Hardware Sales, Software Licensing, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Good understanding of IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and software licensing business.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and account management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
