Responsible for managing the buying and merchandising activities for the jewelry accessories category, ensuring optimal stock availability across stores while driving efficient inventory management and product performance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage buying and merchandising activities for the jewelry accessories department.
- Plan and coordinate stock allocation and distribution across stores based on sales trends and business requirements.
- Monitor store-wise inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock shortages.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising, inventory, and sales reports with accurate documentation and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, and store operations to ensure seamless inventory flow and timely stock movement.
- Ensure proper maintenance, presentation, and display availability of jewelry merchandise across all retail locations.
- Collect and analyze regular feedback from stores regarding stock requirements, customer preferences, and fast-moving products.
- Monitor product performance and recommend replenishment, redistribution, or new purchases based on sales analysis.
- Maintain strong cross-functional coordination to improve stock efficiency and support business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and inventory control processes.
Candidates preferred with a multi-designer/ luxury jewelry background.
Preferred experience of 2-4yrs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
