- Deliver mathematics instruction using a student-centric approach combined with competency-based teaching, ensuring deep conceptual understanding.
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that help students build strong foundational competencies.
- Encourage curiosity, questioning, and exploration to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods to make concepts meaningful and relatable.
- Support diverse learning needs and ensure every student progresses with clarity and confidence.
- Continuously assess student learning through formative assessments aligned with competency development.
- Provide constructive feedback to strengthen understanding and skill mastery.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Communicate effectively—fluency in English is essential.
