- Supervise daily injection molding production activities
- Set up and monitor injection molding machines and processes
- Ensure production targets (output, cycle time, scrap rate) are achieved
- Optimize machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
- Coordinate mold changes (tool changeovers) and setup
- Ensure product quality as per specifications and standards
- Work closely with maintenance for machine upkeep and breakdown handling
- Maintain production reports (OEE, rejection rates, downtime)
- Enforce safety practices and shop-floor discipline
- Train and guide machine operators and technicians
