Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and well-connected Senior Sales Associates to expand Mixx Windows’ presence across India. The role involves travelling across key regional markets, introducing the brand to the architectural and design community, and inviting them to experience our premium product range at the Gurgaon Experience Centre.
Initially, the focus will be on Delhi, Noida, and the wider NCR region, with scope to grow across other major Indian cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Mixx Windows in regional markets by reaching out to architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Generate and nurture new business relationships and project leads within the fenestration and construction community.
- Promote the company’s product portfolio and invite professionals to visit the Experience Centre in Gurgaon.
- Understand architectural drawings, site requirements, and client needs to propose suitable fenestration solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical and design presentations to architects and developers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design inputs, and follow-ups to ensure project closure.
- Maintain an organised database of leads, project updates, and follow-up reports.
- Travel extensively as required across assigned regions for meetings and business development activities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience specifically in aluminium doors, windows, or facade systems.
- Industry Requirement: Candidates must be from the fenestration or architectural hardware industry. Open/general sales backgrounds will not be considered.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to read floor plans, interpret client requirements, and suggest appropriate systems.
- Networking Skills: Strong professional network with architects, developers, and designers will be highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable (not mandatory but advantageous).
- Communication: Fluent in English; polished, confident, and articulate in presentation.
- Personality: Self-motivated, presentable, and capable of representing a premium brand.
- Gender: Open to all; gender no bar.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Compensation
- Salary: Based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives to be discussed during final placement.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
