Role in One Line
Meet the right people on Nagpur construction sites and convert them into repeat AGBA customers.
Who You Will Call On
Structural consultants and design engineers
RCC contractors and bar-bending contractors
Project managers and site engineers at residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Procurement heads at construction companies
What You Will Do
Visit active construction sites and contractor offices in and around Nagpur
Identify projects where couplers are specified or can be recommended
Present AGBA's product, certifications, and technical advantages to decision-makers
Follow up on samples, quotes, and approvals until the order closes
Maintain a simple daily call report and a live pipeline tracker (WhatsApp or Google Sheets is fine)
Coordinate with our office team on quotations, dispatch, and after-sales queries
What We Are Looking For
1–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in construction materials (TMT bars, cement, waterproofing, shuttering, formwork, hardware — any will do)
Ability to hold a technical conversation at a site — you don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable learning product specs
Owns a two-wheeler and is comfortable with daily field visits across Nagpur
Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English for written communication
Honest, punctual, and self-driven — this role has low supervision and high accountability
A product that genuinely sells itself once the right person sees the test data
Location: Nagpur (field role — site visits daily)
