Job Profile -
1. Customer Relations & Sales
- Greeting & Assessment: They welcome customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and create detailed repair orders.
- Translation: They take complex automotive diagnostic terms from mechanics and explain them to customers in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Sales & Recommendations: They advise on factory-recommended maintenance, sell necessary services, and inform customers of any active warranty protections.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Liaison: They act as the middleman between the technician working in the bay and the customer in the waiting room.
- Updates & Approvals: If a technician discovers additional, unexpected issues during a repair, the advisor calls the customer to explain the situation and gain approval for the extra work and cost.
- Status Updates: They keep clients informed of repair progress and estimated completion times.
3. Administration & Workflow
- Scheduling: They manage daily appointments and assign work to technicians based on skill and availability.
- Invoicing & Payment: They process the final paperwork, review the invoice with the customer, and collect payment when the job is finishe
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
