Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material movement. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely inward and outward of materials, proper documentation, and coordination with procurement, sales, and service teams. Experience in handling electrical or industrial products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers and service teams.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams for inventory planning and documentation.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requisitions when required.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory and store management policies.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge or Store Executive.
- Experience in electrical, electronics, power backup, UPS, batteries, industrial equipment, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Online UPS, batteries, electrical components, and spare parts.
- Experience with inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of GST documentation, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
