Role Overview
We are looking for a Horticulture Sales Associate to join our retail team in Gurgaon. This is a floater role and the candidate should be comfortable travelling to different store locations as required.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting plants and gardening products suited to their needs

Share product knowledge and gardening guidance to enhance the customer experience

Set up and manage product displays and promotional stands

Drive in-store sales and contribute to daily sales targets

Report daily sales updates to the City Head
Eligibility
-
Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture

Genuine interest in plants and gardening

Strong communication and customer-facing skills
-
Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Willing to work as a floater across both Delhi store locations

Store timings & shifts: 10 am - 10 pm [2 shifts]

Work Format: 6 days a week
