Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

By supporting the team s dynamics and promoting transparency, you help drive the successful delivery of software solutions while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress to maintain a steady workflow.
- Monitor and report on team performance and project progress using appropriate metrics to stakeholders.
- Support the team in adopting Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Assist junior team members in understanding Agile processes and encourage their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating team collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Ability to track and analyze project metrics to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Capability to coach and mentor teams for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
