Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Services Sales and mandatory experience in selling Microsoft solutions and services. This is a pure field sales role requiring regular customer meetings, relationship building, account mining, partner engagement, and face-to-face sales activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong enterprise sales experience, existing CXO-level relationships, and a proven track record of generating and closing business opportunities related to Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities, customer visits, networking events, and referrals.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Conduct customer meetings, discovery workshops, and business presentations.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Microsoft Solutions Sales (Mandatory)
- Sell and position Microsoft technology solutions including:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft Copilot
- Azure Cloud Services
- Dynamics 365
- Security & Compliance Solutions
- Identify customer business challenges and propose appropriate Microsoft-based solutions.
- Work closely with Microsoft sales teams and channel partners to drive opportunities.
Enterprise Relationship Management
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Business Heads, Procurement Teams, and CXOs.
- Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain strong forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Drive profitable business growth through strategic account management.
- Track competitor activities and market opportunities.
Proposal & Commercial Management
- Work with solution architects and technical teams to develop proposals and solution offerings.
- Participate in RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
- Coordinate contract closures and customer onboarding.
Mandatory RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Services Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Microsoft solutions and services.
- Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets.
- Experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Experience in field sales and direct customer engagement.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Compensation
CTC: ₹12 – ₹20 LPA (Based on Experience)
