Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. Both fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company processes and quality standards
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
Fresher’s & Experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
Basic computer knowledge required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
