About the Role
Healthy18 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (B2B E-commerce) to manage and grow our B2B business across leading marketplaces and corporate channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling B2B accounts, brand relationships, order management, and revenue growth in the e-commerce or distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key B2B accounts and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new B2B brands.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless order execution.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Resolve customer queries, payment follow-ups, and operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B E-commerce, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in the E-commerce, Distribution, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industry is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong brand relationship and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling multiple B2B accounts and institutional clients.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.
