We are a group of three industrial brands - Systel Engineering Controls (pneumatics), Systel Energy Solutions (compressed-air audits & digitization) and WiseAir Technologies (flow & dew point sensors). We are hiring 2 Digital Marketing Associates to run B2B marketing across all three brands.
The Role
This is a hands-on B2B digital marketing role focused on lead generation and paid advertising. You will own campaigns end-to-end across Meta and LinkedIn and pass qualified leads to our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn (and Google) for lead generation.
- Track cost-per-lead, ROAS and pipeline contribution; report on performance.
- Create content and creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and the company websites.
- Run email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns; manage basic SEO and landing pages.
- Generate and qualify leads and hand them to the sales teams.
- Manage day-to-day marketing across all three group brands.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
- Proven hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrable lead-generation track record (leads/pipeline generated).
- Strong analytics skills and good written English; experience with Canva/design tools.
- Industrial/manufacturing/SaaS B2B experience preferred.
What We Offer
- Salary 37,000 to 67,000 per month based on experience and track record.
